Overview

At Narayana Health, we believe in nurturing talent and offering graduates a roadmap to advance their careers through a defined learning system. In order to identify and mentor young, passionate healthcare professionals we actively recruit freshers through our ‘Campus Connect’ program. The ‘Campus Connect’ recruitment process starts by sharing requirements with the institutions and thereby shortlisting the profiles as per our eligibility criteria. We conduct Group discussions and assessments followed by interviews with our experienced panel. Our experienced recruiters help candidates find the right role and opportunity. Each year, we visit a number of campuses across India including top ranked Business Schools such as ISB, IIMs, TISS and Nursing institutions offering GNM, ANM, BSc & MSc Nursing Courses.

For Administrative functions, we identify & nurture top talent for leadership roles in Finance, Supply Chain, IT and General Corporate Management which is vital to Maintain a competitive workforce. Campus recruitment drives for Nursing is done throughout the year. The timing varies based on the examination dates and placement sessions across states or colleges. NH also encourages individual applications from both graduate and post-graduate students with excellent academic records who want to make an outstanding contribution to patient care.
