Brief Profile
Dr. Rajesh Loonia has received his MS (Gen. Surgery) from IPGMER, Chandigarh and M.Ch (Urology) from the renowned SSKM Hospital, Kolkata. Prior to joining the NH Group, he was associated with the well-known hospitals and Medical Colleges in Kolkata and the prestigious Safdarjung Hospital and VMMC, New Delhi. Dr. Loonia, also has teaching experience in Urology with the undergraduate and PG students in Surgery. He has presented papers and posters on Uro-oncology, andrology, carcinoma in oesophagus and Thyroid, etc. at various urological conferences including the poster entitled “Spectrum of Urethral Malignancy” at USICON-2013. Dr. Loonia was Runner-up at Glaxo Medimind Talent Search Competition 2011 for freshly graduated doctors.
