Work Experience
Dr. Chattopadhyay has completed his post graduation from VIMS, Kolkata and the CHILD’S Trust hospital, Chennai. He went on for his training in Paediatric Cardiology at RTIICS and the Children’s Hospital Westmead, Sydney. On return, he joined RTIICS as a consultant Paediatric Cardiologist in 2002. He does regular Echocardiograms of newborns, children, adolescents and adults pertaining to all types of Congenital Heart diseases as well as Foetal echocardiography for the diagnosis of Congenital Heart Diseases in utero. He is also adept in doing diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterisations for all congenital cardiac conditions, including BAV, BPV, Coarctoplasty, device closure of ASD, VSD, PDA.
