Brief Profile
Dr. Abhinav Choudhary hails from the "city of temples" Jammu & did his MBBS from the prestigious Government Medical College Jammu. He did his General Surgery training from the same institute and then went on to receive his Surgical Oncology training from the acclaimed Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi. He further recieved training in Thorcacic Oncology at Fortis Hospital Vasant Kunj .
He worked as Associate Consultant in the department of Surgical Oncology at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital where during his tenure he competed innumerable Surgical Oncology procedures and initiated the "Peritoneal surface malignacies" programme which includes PIPAC & HIPEC.
He is passionate about serving his own people and therefore after spending nearly 10 years in Apollo Hospital Delhi, he returned to his native jammu and joined Sri Mata Vaishno Devi Naryana Hospital .
