Brief Profile
Dr. Gaurav Singh has been an AIIMS Neurosurgery alumnus. He joined the most prestigious and competitive AIIMS Neurosurgery Department. He has been a brilliant student before was awarded a prestigious scholarship under the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana scheme, which was conducted nationwide by Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and had qualified for Indian National Biology Olympiad and was rank holder in National Science Olympiad.
He had an excellent academic and surgical record throughout his residency training, He has also presented his work at various scientific meetings in India and abroad. After completing his neurosurgical residency he joined as visiting fellowship “Skull Base and Neurosurgery” at the Stanford University Medical Center, Palo Alto California USA; under the mentorship of one of the world's renowned skull base neurosurgeon – Professor Juhan Fernandez-Miranda and He also got trained for vascular neurosurgery under r Professor Michel Lawton at Barrow Neurological Institute Phoenix Arizona USA. Subsequently he has joined as a WFNS fellow under Professor Florian Roser at Cleveland Clinic, Abu Dhabi. He is well versed in all aspects of neurosurgery with special interest in Skull Base, Vascular and spine surgeries.
