What are the causes of Cervical Spondylosis?
Cervical Spondylosis is a degenerative disease of the Cervical Spine and mainly caused due to obesity, carrying heavy weight, smoking, etc. With our current lifestyle, we are especially prone to getting affected.
It generally presents with severe neck pain, arm pain, arm pain travelling to the fingers, shooting headache, etc. It can also cause vertigo, dizziness, and even nausea and vomiting, difficulty in walking and balancing, etc. However, this is treatable and along with the modification of lifestyle it helps greatly.
