Angioplasty – It is done to remove plaque buildup in blood vessels, which helps in opening the blocked artery with the help of a balloon-shaped instrument.
Stent - The artery is kept open after angioplasty with the help of a wire mesh tube called a stent which is inserted into the artery.
Heart bypass surgery – It helps divert the blood flow around the blocked arteries.
Heart valve surgery - It is a replacement surgery which is done to repair or replace defective valves of the heart for it to pump blood efficiently.
