Dr Jayant Gul Mulchandani works as a Consultant in Department of Surgical Gastroenterology at Mazumdar Shaw Medical Centre, Narayana Health City, Bengaluru. He is the first Surgical Gastroenterologist in India to have a Fellowship in Robotic General and GI Surgery, sponsored by Vattikuti Foundation, at Narayana Health City, Bengaluru.

His International Fellowships in Hepato-pancreatico-biliary Surgery and Colorectal Surgery at the world renowned National Cancer Centre, South Korea have further added to his surgical expertise. He achieved his Fellowship in Gastrointestinal Surgery from the prestigious Narayana Hrudayalaya Insitute of Medical Sciences, recognized by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka. He completed M.S. General Surgery from S.B.K.S.M.I&R.C., Sumandeep University. Dr Jayant holds a sound exposure in General, Gastrointestinal, Hepato-pancreato-biliary, Laparoscopic and Robotic Surgery. He is a self-directed professional with excellent communication and appropriate time management, interpersonal and problem solving skills, who believes in teamwork and well being of the patients.
