He has been involved in over eight thousand open, a fifteen hundred closed and five hundred Thoracic surgical procedures. This experience has been gained as assistant surgeon, supervised surgeon, independent surgeon and as surgeon supervising surgical trainees and junior surgeons. Valvular, Coronary Arrhythmia and the simple to the most complex Congenital procedure comprised the surgeries performed. This experience was gained during his tenure in the Christian Medical College and Hospital, vellore, super specialized centers in Adelaide and Sydney, Australia, The Manipal Hospital and Narayana Hrudayalaya, Bangalore India
